2003 to 2004 body conversion?

2003 to 2004 body conversion?
strange idea: the 2004 WRX looks like a 03 WRX with a different front end (different hood, grill, lights, bumper, and quarter panels). is that all there is to it? would 04 body panels fit on a 02 or 03? i am just wondering because if i ever wrecked the car it might be an opportunity to ditch the goofy bug-eye look for something a bit more stylish. anyone tried this conversion?

yes you can make 04 from 03. it's been done.
you'll need...
head lights, tail lights, fog lights or covers, fenders, hood, hood scoop, bumpers, grill, and radiator support (I think you'll need to cut and weld this one)
