2002 OEM Lip Question

2002 OEM Lip Question
What's up all,
I have an '02 WRX PSM that I am about to probably order an OEM lip font lip for. My concern though is that I have seen what seems to be two different types of OEM lips.
One has a type of V-Limited-esque black plastic strip going across the front under and between the lip....wheras the other does not have this black plastic piece.
If I order this lip from my local Subaru dealer which lip would I get?
