You're not gonna find one if you're trying to find a pre 02 cf trunk. Adamsrs has one because he organized a group buy and had about 10 trunks made in cf. No company makes them for the GC8/GM6, so if you want one you'll have to convince one of the few that has them to sell it to you.

I was trying to organize another group buy and trying to get some custom made. I PMd adam awhile back and he said the company that did his originally wouldnt make anymore. But i emailed that company anyways and as adam said, they wouldn't make anymore. I've also tried contacting a few other companies and none will do it. So yeah, i hope that answers your question.

they sell one built by cusco in both carbon fibre and
fibre reinforced plastic but they don't come cheap and
shipping it from japan won't be either.I do understand
that they have good rep with all the people That I've
heard who have bought from them.

Not so true. Give Fiber Images a call. that was where I got my hood and they said they were selling the CF trunk. I forget the price, but give them a call then give us a update.

They are the first company i contacted about the cf hood for the GC8(because that is where adamsrs told me he had his made) and they told me they didnt have any and they wouldnt make any more. So yes, it is true.

But i was proven wrong that there werent any more trunks cause aparently cusco has one at japanparts.com
