I disagree - I have logged nearly 7k miles on my '04 WRX in two months of ownership, and I find the seats very good for long distance rides. I'm coming from a '00 Accord V6 EX (Power leather adjustable lumbar) and the WRX seats are SO much better and supportive than what I've found in most other cars. I've had many 500+ mile days and never a problem. I'm 6' tall, 180lbs. FYI, I've gotten plenty of compliments about seat comfort ranging from passengers at 5-0, 110 lbs to 5-7, 160lbs to 5-8, 250lbs to 6-8, 300lbs. WAY better than stock Impreza seats.
