02 Rear WRX Seats into 97 Legacy

Hi. I guess people don't want to answer my question on Clubwrx.net so I will try here. Will 02 WRX rear seats bolt-on to a 97 Legacy? He says the front will bolt on perfectly, but he's not sure about the rear seats? Anyone having any input?

Fronts are easy, but I don't think I've ever heard of anyone doing the rear seats. I honestly don't know.

Sorry dude, I honestly don't know of anyone who has even attempted it.

I don't think they'll fit, though. If the Legacy is even one inch wider then the WRX (which is very possible), you will have a tough time fitting them in.

Like I said, I don't know, I'm just guessing here. You could be the first person to try it, and help other people out with a great writeup

oh no, its not for me. i customer is buying it off of me. i love my STi seats, lol. he wants my old WRX seats for his legacy, but ill tell him to write a write up about it tho.

Go to nasioc's legacy section and do a search. I know for a fact it isnt too hard and is possible. I want to find if wagon rears will fit though because i dont want to sacrifice my fold downs. 02/03's will fit though.
