What are these front BUMPers/clips?

Anyone know any information about what the front bumpers on these cars are?

First One:

Second One: 2:12 for a good shot of the front

Also what is the lip on this second sti, anyone know?

To me it looks like the stock 2008 bumpers one with fogs the other without..

Not sure what you mean? That's an OEM bumper on both of them. Second one is cut for FMIC. First one has no fogs and looks like the SPT grille, second one OEM fogs. The lip on the first one looks like OEM V-limited lip. Not sure what the second one is.
