Red face retofits

i wanted to see if anyone knows a place( bay area) that does headlight retro fits, i had HIDs in a halogen headlights the beams scatter all over the place (don't like it) hence why I'm trying to find a place that does a clean job.

don't know anyone local. I had a friend that went through lightwerkz and sent his headlights in on his STI. was a bit pricey since he bought another set of headlights to use, but they did a great job.
