not really planning on buying them or anything, just curious. i've been looking at them for like 5 min now and can't figure out where the hell they mount.

Bottom of the rear bumper just behind the rear wheels. Generally goes along with sideskirts and a front lip, much like the chargespeed bottom line kit.
