headlight problem

I recently put in new hid's and they were working Fine until one day the passenger side stopped working. So I got a new ballast and bulb and they still didn't work. Is there something wrong with my car that require service or am I missing something. Fuses are ok and even had the store that sold me the hid kit check their product. My car is a 2012 wrx and suggetions would greatly be appreciated

Check for bad/melted wiring to the headlight?

All wires are fine. What's weird is that it can power oem bulbs but not the hid

If your car is on the h11 setup which it should be the issue is most likely due to the fact that the female and male plugs don't sit up well with each other which will cause a loose connection... you're gonna have to bend the metal prongs a bit to get them to really stick in there and then zip tie them securely... I had the same issue with mine
