Seafoam through induction

Seafoam through induction
So question, all the videos on YouTube show people sucking it up through a vacuum line like the brake booster or egr. But seafoam's website says not to do it through vacuum line on h4 motors because it doesn't reach all 4 cylinders equally. Who should I trust?
