i think there are a couple guys in Sacramento that do retrofits, i bet they would be willing to help you out, I wanna say they are thejordan and java(something i forgot the sn)

You can order the plug and play harness from lightwerks.com it's $60 and splits the beams, or you can use a relay and make your owm

Do I still need the harness if I do a retrofit to correct the beam pattern or does that come with the kit?

I have the JDM with the retrofit and I use the harness, what the harness does is split the signal from high and low beam, because the USDm is a dual beam bulb, and the jdm is 2 bulbs one for high and one for low... That's what the harness is for
