pretty easy. take of the intercooler 2 bolts one on the left and one on the right, then the coupler that goes to the throttle body and the coupler under the intercooler that connects to the turbo. then remove the bypassvalve 2 12mm bolts. Then remove the vacuum lines on the intercooler 2 on the left and one on the right.
once you get the intercooler off, remove your stock heatsheild around the turbo all 10mm bolts if i remember. Once you get those off unbolt all the bolts from the downpipe to turbo. 3 14mm nuts on 3 studs and 2 14mm nuts on 14mm bolts. Once you undo the bolts and nuts on the top portion of the downpipe go underneath the car. Make sure your car is on jack stands.
Once under the car, disconnect the o2 sensor from the connecter and make sure the harness is free and not clipped down onto anything. once you disconnect the o2 sensor, get a 12mm and 14mm wrench and socket to remove the bottom end of the down pipe from the midpipe. After the remove those, there are 2 brackets that connect the downpipe to the transmission. those should also be 14mm bolts. remove those and your downpipe will be loose.
Pull the downpipe out and use a 22mm wrench or o2sensor socket to remove the o2senor out of the downpipe and into your new downpipe and reinstall in reverse order. pm if you have any questions
