Installling struts - is this accurate?

Installling struts - is this accurate?

Can someone tell me if these instructions are accurate for installing struts on an 02 WRX sedan? Do I need a spring compressor? Along with the struts, do I need new bushings? Any other hidden factors I should be worried about? What about torque specs on bolts?
