broken Idler Pulley (bushing?)

Hey, I am looking for a specific part that I cannot find. I was changing a belt for my brother (it is his WRX) and the damn piece that connects the pulley to the bolt that moves it up and down to tension it. good pictures here in this thread (https://www.i-club.com/forums/how-tos-installations-192/help-c-idler-pulley-186074/) I cannot find this piece anywhere. I was hoping that you guys can help tell me where I can find it or a part number. thanks. it is not the pulley it is the round bushing? that connects the bolt to the pulley

Your local subaru dealership should stock that part. When I was working in the parts dept we sold a bunch of thoes. They break if you don't loosen the lock bolt before you adjust the tension.
