I am doing a 2005 sti AVCS swap in a 2005 wrx tr edition..... I'm trying to find out if the arm ems v2 will run my motor with it being the ems for my chassis.... Biggest question is will the aem bypass the avcs sensors.... Thank you any advice would be great

Any reason you going with the AEM V2 specifically? There are other options such as the Hydra, Link, etc.
