your probably better off buying a new one... remember you need the oil pick up AND baffle. The oil pick up unit on the 2.5L engines are known to crack and cause oil starvation issues. So be careful when replacing. I know there is a company out there that makes an aftermarket pick up unit for the 2.5 engines that has been reinforced. I believe they also make larger capacity oil pans as well. I was gonna do this and unless you're planning on uprooting the engine you'll have a little trouble replacing the pan if you don't. good luck.

 

Killer B oil pickup tube is a must. You can get their pan also, it comes with baffling.

 

Yeah I am going to pickup a Killer B pickup and that's why I need a STI oil pan because the dont make oil pickup for WRX oil pans.
