It tough to find sheet metal parts here in Hawaii. I looked for about a month and a half when I was doing my sedan fenders too, and finally ended up going to Servco and buying them from Rick.

well honestly servco of hawaii charges entirely to much for parts. Even though they have them you shouldn't have to pay shipping charges for something that they've already got in stock. their cost shouldn't be passed on to their customers you know?

anyway,

Jac, you should check subaruparts.com

Sedan Passenger side Fender 57110FE060 - $155.41
Sedan Drivers side Fender 57110FE070 - $155.41

Of course you'll have to have these painted. I'm also not sure how much the shipping will be to Hawaii though either.

Shipping to Hawaii on these will kill any sort of discount that you'd get from ordering from the mainland. It does suck, but all dealers do it. Parts issues are the main cause of delays in body shops. Not like the mainland, where you can get any out of stock part the next day. Damn, wish it was though.

actually, I order pretty regularly from them and they give me reasonable shipping rates because I'm a repeat customer. for example, I paid total including shipping for the AC things discussed in the other thread for WAY less than josh paid for his and I got a lot more o rings and other thing added to my order. I believe they overnight shipped my AC Condenser in it's own box and there was a separate box for the evaporator core and other things needed. That was shipped via DHL and was about $60 for all of that.

Josh paid closer to 1k for his AC items whereas I paid 650~700 for mine.

Damn, that's not bad at all. Only problem I might see is that the box for the fenders are bulky and odd shaped. Plus, they can easily be damaged. That's the only good thing about buying through the local dealer. Returns would be much easier.

that's why i paid a little extra. A/C parts were too delicate for me to risk. Plus i was in more of a time crunch than Jon was.

yeah thats why i'm here. because i'm hoping for a miracle someone has them for bugeye AND silver. we all know i'm against the odds on this one. just didn't wanna fork over so much money just for a sedan front conversion, all i really want the sedan front for is for the front lip availability. i'd be spending nearly a grand for the conversion so it ain't really worth it in my situation. i was just looking at the cruise pictures and bran808's pictures made me jealous haha.
