There's a Subaru Parts store here in Kakaako. If you come down Ward turn at Dixie Grill across Sports Authority on that street there is a Subaru Parts store the 2nd block down.

Just so I can learn from experience,..

What is beneficial from getting the oem one compared to KN, Fram etc unless it "really" filters out the contaminants,..

Im changing every 3k miles anyways, but just did my 500 mile 1st change and will again at 1k,..

How much is the OEM one and what is the name of the store? "Subaru parts" store name on the front?? Guess I never "looked" for it when I cruise by there,..Will take a look

dude do you know what you are talking about?? what are your experiences with fram on our cars?? i have used fram since my 2nd oil change, my 1st oil change i used the amzoil filter. Ask anyone that knows me and they would have to say that i run my car hard (1/4 mi. and scca solo2). i have had no problems so far. So please enlighten us.....oh yeah myron, yesterday at checkers how come you didn't p/u when you were there??

 

lol, didnt know i was gonna do an oil change thats why. but i went to daiei and picked up a fram.

no really benefit. i just prefered it.. some people just like to use oem stuff. like what chris said, nothing is wrong with fram, heck, there cheap and they dont leak if installed properly.
