Unless
you're trying to stiffen the upper middle of the chassis, you don't "need" a harness bar. You can utilize the rear belt anchor positions for a harness. I have a harness bar (Speedware) primarily for chassis rigidity. It does have fire extinguisher mounting, and I can use my harness without modifying/removing the rear seats. That's important to me as my children frequent my car. I have extensive bracing throughout my car, but my car is still a "family" car.

The
Sparco is not really Sparco. It's made by Speedware, and not as nice as the Speedware (finish-wise). You can check mine out. It's absolutely beautiful. 422-2595 (H) or 255-8591 (C).

just remember that the bar limits how much you can recline and move your seat back. i would suggest sitting in someone's car who already has the harness bar and then seeing if you'll fit.
btw, i don't think anyone who has one would ever sell it unless they were getting a roll cage installed.

Depending
on what happens in the near future, I could possibly sell my Speedware bar and go full roll cage. Don't hold your breath, but anything could happen.
