Trade to pickup a truck?
Keep the car and buy a beater truck if hauling and sometime use is what youll use it for. Youll regret selling the Subie for sure. Nice rims and wrx,...hmmm Advans,...

Although I love my car, I'm actually a truck guy at heart. And actually the wrx was my first car. Thanks for the advice but I'm actually surprised that I made it this long with the wrx.

for some reason i was thinking about doing the same thing this week.. but i drove my wife's x-runner for a couple days and now its out of my system
I traded in the AWD 05 Silverado SS to get my subie before moving to Hawaii and there are parts of me that miss that sexy, full sized beauty. I miss the way I could dump anything and everything in her color matched rhino lined bed and just spray her off when I was done. Dirty TA-50, bbq grilles, fishing gear, bikes, furniture, and all the dirty stuff "man" doesn't like going in his car. People did look at this 5'5" Asian crazy when they saw him swing up with some fishing poles bumping the country music, but its all good! Only two things I didn't miss are the gas prices (premium only) for a non turbo and not being able to say "sorry, cant help you move". They were two different vehicles that I love due to different reasons. My wife has a 13 odyssey, so we use that for all the outdoor family stuff and use my car when we are just going for drives or to do non dirty stuff now that I don't have the truck. I still have the AWD function that I had with the SS, I still listen to country (people still turn their head), and I'm glad I did the trade off cause of all the SMALL parking spaces on the island. YES there are MANY times I wish I had my truck, but the subie soothes my soul and keeps me happy. I WILL DEF be getting a truck in the future and will be keeping the subie.
