off topic but can you link me to where you learned to put a MAC OS X on your Dell....been toying with this idea for some time now.....just want to read more on it

 

This is actually the only laptop on the market that everything works on. Just happened to have all the right hardware. You can check out the other ones by a quick google search of "hackintosh". I can't remember the site off the top of my head but there are a bunch of computers that partially support it.

Also: computer has original Windows XP disks too. And Microsoft Office Mac Installed.... Now realizing that I have a lot more in this computer than I had originally remembered.

 

Oy, MINI-MAC FTW! I'd buy that right away if i had the cash dollars , but i don't. BTW i thought you could hackintosh an HP Mini 1000 also, correct me if i'm wrong

You can. Not all of the onboard deviced work though. Unless its changed recently the Mini10v is the only fully compatible one that I know if.

 

Hey Jess, you can pretty much do it to a PC desktop too. The last time I did one was awhile back and the OS leopard only was compatible with any netbook that was equipped with the Atheros card. ANything else wouldnt be suffice. You can visit.....
