I don't think this is correct.
The 20g is an MHI center section, with a 20g compressor wheel and can come with 2 different exhaust wheels.
The exhaust housing can come in 7 or 8 cm flavors I believe. But when people say a "true" 20g, they're implying that it's a full Mitsu turbo, both exhaust and compressor, basically the full center section should say MHI on it.
The green is a 49lb/min Garret compressor wheel with a mitsu exhaust wheel. I THINK it's a T04E wheel. The Lbs/min doesn't always indicate how much power the turbo will make. The compressor map sort of tells you that.
I only know this because this is an OLD DSM style turbo that had the same specs.
And I also know that there were thousands of DSM threads that read "which is better: a 16g an 18g or a 20g?"
And then I bought a Subaru and guess what? Same questions AHHHHH
When I first saw someone post that, I wanted to rip my eyes out.
