I'm running 17X8.5 Type C's on my STI. You just need to make sure you have a 48 offset. I actually had GT2's w/ 38offset, but once I dropped my car to balance it, it rubbed on the track. Stay safe w/ a 48 offset and you will be fine. Too bad these aren't 17x8, I'd take a look at them to fit some 245 race rubber on them.

 

how deep is ur dish?? this will fit a 04 rex rite?

 

not that deep, but it has a nice polished lip on it, and yes it will fit the 04 wrx

oh yeah, these rims are perfect for dragging because of how light weight these are, of course its more light than the 18inch type c's, these are one of the lightest jdm rims around. and the tires were the same tires gave me just enough slippage for my 12.88 run with a 1.5 60 foot launch!
