Btw, is the the STI manifold that were suppose to go in Kevin's silver WRX. If thats the case, he got this part way before this situation.

Yes, we are talking about the same Kevin, hes my friend, I bought some of his stuff before and knew he had a red STI manifold long time ago. Okay guys, its not a part of the stolen STI.
