will the helix catback exhaust fit on the stock downpipe? i kind of have doubts because it has 3in. piping.

 

You can either buy longer bolts and butt the 3" midpipe up to the stock donut gasket...it won't go over it, but it will work fine...I did that for a while.

or

you can buy an adapter that allows you to use a 3" midpipe

or

you can remove the donut gasket and slip the 3" midpipe over the 2.5" dp flange...

you can make it work...

 

The Helix is a loud, boomy exhaust...

 

does the holes, where the bolts go in, line up?

 

yes...the helix catback fits any USDM dp...
