Hey guys,
I might be selling my rims, dependent upon interest. Heres some info.
Rims:
Volk SE37K Bronze Rims with bronze polished lip.
Front - 17x8.5 5x100 +50
Rear - 17x8.0 5x100 +46
The staggered offset is supposed help with turn in, stability, and overall handling.
Tires:
Yokohama S. Drive 235/40/17
Used for about 3 months. Never been raced/dragged/burned out.
Details:
There are some very small nicks on the lip of the rims and there are very small dirt spots. The previous owner states that it was due to the shipping and delivery. Otherwise, they are a very cherry set of rims. They arent carshow condition, but they are very nice...and very rare.
Asking for $1500. Please let me know if you are interested.

Wow. I don't think you want to be running different width rims. LArger offset on the fronts i could see, but you may run into probs with your diffs later. Also, tyre rotation will be a problem, as the fronts wear significantly faster than your rears. Anyway bump.

Yes, the wider front is supposed to reduce understeer. I personally cant feel a difference, but of course, i havent really tried.
As for the differential concerns, since the tires are all the same size and the overall rotating diameter remains the same, the speed at which all the wheels spin should be the same. This would result in no differential problems.
Oh, and yes, the clear brembos perfectly.
