Gates has a kit including all tensioners, pulleys, belt, and a water pump + gaskets for $350? Might have gone up since I purchased mine.

is there anything else changed at the time the timing belt is done besides what's in the gates kit with the waterpump? when i spoke to subaru service, they mentioned seals? thinking about doing the change on my legacy. thanks.

cam or crank seals

personally when i do timing belt jobs if the seals arent leaking i dont replace them. but thats all up to the owner... ive notice when u install new seal they tend to leak... so i stop doing seals when i did a timing belt job. but most of them were under 100k miles so not to bad... and everything is dry

thanks, guys. i guess ill be checking out the gates kit. and yeah, 3rd timing belt change. i have 2 subarus lol. wrx was changed last year at 107k miles (im at 121k miles now). sti i changed at 30k which was only 15k miles ago....so i think the gates kit is fine. the seals were changed last time since i bought stocker parts from subaru....and theyre not leaking so i think im good. if someone wants to be so kind and tell me where the cheapest site to buy the kit is, that would be nice if not, ill just do the research...i admit, im lazy ok! haha.
