Anyone know of any houses coming up for rent from a friend or family member? I am looking for the following at a minimum

3 bed
2 bath
garage
1400 sq ft to 1700 sq ft
preferably in the Mililani area but we are flexible

I am not due to be in Hawaii till Feb 2013 but if price and location is right I am willing to send my family home ahead of me to secure the home.

yeah def LMK........I have been watching Craigslist and other realty sites lately. The hardest thing for us is not being there and putting in an application when we see something we like come up. The rental market seems very competitive there............

 

it's only bad because it's May. May is when there is a huge influx in military transfers. might be best to wait a few months and it will be easier
