my car is once again having a missfire problem..
changed sparks, clean maf...checked all boost leak...moving on to coil pack if anyone have set lying around i can try or buy...let me kno..thanx!!!
any other pointer will be helpful....

what cylinder is it misfiring on?
have you tried swapping with another coil pack that doesn't have a misfire on it to see if that changes things?

 

It doesn't show misfire cylinder...no check engine comes on it only happens on pedal to the ground and 100% boost...

 

boost leak! probably on a old vacuum hose thats cracked

 

That's what I'm saying. You said "misfire". That sounds like a vacuum leak

 

Checked the code..it said cylinder 2 misfire..moved the coilpack..same problem but no check engine...ok well i'll check for leak again...Thanx

 

Cylinder 2 is drivers side front. If You had a STORED code that wasn't present that isn't what's going on NOW. clear the code and then. Move the cylinder 2 coil pack to a different cylinder and see if the problems follow.

 

Ok understood I'll try that i don't own a scanner so I'll try tomorrow...

 

If you do need coil packs I have two new I bought for the same reason.

 

This morning my car just died out on me on cold start...after that it was fine...lol

How much would u sell them for?
