it's used...i had it on my car for around a year. features include, full hollow stainless steel hangers, fully mandrel bent 80mm diameter titanium tubing that’s 1mm thick, N1 style canister, and ti silencer. sorry no bung, but i will give you a brand new oem gasket for free, and no i haven't seen blade runner. I hope this helps
