im not aware that HKS ever made a bell mouth design for the WRX. it is most likely the stock down pipe design (flange area) minus the cats.
i have the hks flat-plate type downpipe. i thought it was bell mouth this whole time until i took the heatshield off. if what hes selling is indeed bellmouth, im definitley interested yo!

yeah, still for sale. hmmm if no one buys it locally, he would probably ship it.
