i didnt know the lip comes with those but i believe they are like splitters? or like a add onto the front lip or something.

 

^^^exactly....it attaches (sp?) one to each side/above the lip...so it gives the lip a nicer/flush look.

on a sti, when u remove the stock lipage thingy it has, there are big rectangular cut outs, im assuming its also to cover those holes up

Splitsecond... yes, i know that mainland prices are cheaper but thats also without shipping. see i've paid $100+ to ship the lip down to hawaii and basically it came out to way more than $300...try to get a shipping quote from them and if there way cheaper than $300 then by all means, buy it from them ...thanks for the intrest though...but i'm sticking to my price...
