*Sigh*, not having any luck on the usual watch forums, I thought I'd try this here since there was some interest the last time I posted a watch. This ad was copied from another forum, I will cut some slack on the price for a local sale since I won't have postage or Paypal fees to deal with.

I have a Breitling Avenger Skyland, with black dial and white stencils on Pro II in 93%+ condition. The watch comes with the inner and outer boxes, travel/storage case, extra links and all paperwork. If it matters to you, all four corners of the inner cardboard box are torn. The watch was purchased at a U.S. AD in July of 2008.

There are a couple of tiny nicks on the case side and a few very light hairlines. There is a small scuff on the chimney between 50 and 55 on the bezel; the bezel itself is clean and the crystal is unmarked. The bracelet and clasp show numerous faint hairlines - as shown in the pictures, they can't be seen head on, but show up when the clasp is viewed at an angle. The hairlines are light enough that they could be buffed out by any competent jeweler.

I'm asking $2,500 which includes shipment via USPS Express Mail (guaranteed 2-day delivery to most of the U.S.), fully insured. I can take Paypal (preferred) or a USPS Money Order. If we have not done business before I will wait until the USPS Money Order clears before shipment.

As for trades, I can only trade down, i.e., I need to come out of this deal with some cash. Ideally, I'd like to trade for a nice quartz watch plus cash, my top picks would be a Sinn UX or Seiko SBDD001/003. I might also be swayed by a Seiko SBDX001 or Bell & Ross BR02 if the deal is right.

I didn't originally purchase it outright, I traded a Breitling Super Avenger to get this watch and the Super is worth more. Retail is $4,550; if you can find a sale (Breitling doesn't normally discount their watches but we have the only Macy's in the U.S. that is a Breitling Authorized Dealer and you know that Macy's has some kind of sale just about every week) or if you buy from the grey market, you can get a new one for $3,300 - $3,500.

In any case, it looks like this one is sold... if anyone is interested I can contact them if my deal heads south for some reason.
