FS: Some items that need to go

Alright so I finally went through all my junk and sorted it out to see what I had that could be sold. I'm just going to compile it all here and update it as time passes. I have pictures of everything on my phone so if you want them, shoot me a text!

1. Built EJ257 short block. -SOLD

2. Perrin 3in Turbo inlet (black) BNIB! -$200

3. BNIB AEM Methanol injection kit w/ 1 Gallon Tank. -$300

4. 05 STI injectors with close to 90k on them. But are in pretty decent shape. $100 obo

I think that's everything. If more pops up ill update.

If you have any questions or need to see pics shoot me a text at 301/503/9319. Thanks.

You're going to have a hard time selling an engine for that much that needs to be torn apart again because it was not broken in properly. You CANNOT use synthetic oil for breaking in a no motor.....

Says who? The only reason i'm questioning this logic is the fact that many cars come equipped with synthetic oil straight from the factory. Also $2500 for a built short block with 1k miles on it sounds like a pretty good price. OP glws!

Let me clear it up for you, it was broken in with 5w 30 crap oil from Oreillys and after 600 miles switched to synthetic Royal Purple. Regardless it's in perfect running condition.

What Subaru uses is irrelevant. You go by what the engine builder recommends and you won't find a single performance engine builder on earth who would tell you that synthetic is a good choice for break in. It can prevent rings from seating properly.

Ah, there you go. There was confusion because you said it was broken in with RP in the earlier ad. I just didn't want someone buying a motor that was broken in improperly.
