It doesn't have a brand. I got it from ebay

Just chiming in here,..but tow hooks would fit in a USPS Priority Flat rate box (large one) for $10,...cheaper at $5 for the smaller box as Im not sure how large the tow hook really is...delivery time is like 3-5 days to mainland...
