Book value stock is $18,000 for the TR.
This is no longer a TR really. It has over 30k in upgraded parts alone (not including labor or paint).
The book value of an 07 STI with 18,000 miles is $27,000.

Imagine racing a lightly modded sti against a toyota trecel...This car does that to the sti.

So I want more than book value on the sti.

Just a heads up but im sure you already know, but Ferrari's need a complete timing belt and overhaul like every couple thousand miles. Which requires the whole motor being pulled out and cost over 5k each pop.
