Is deadbolt company still around?

 

Nope the guy that owned the company closed it down when his health declined. If you are worried about rebuilds, any reputable company can do it. But in the case of this 18g it's far from a rebuild.

 

Was looking at deadbolts but heard the company closed so I looked the other way. Wanted to get the sz 49 haha but idk my ****. Still learning. How did this turbo run on your car?

 

it ran nice, I would say close to the spooling characteristics of a vf39 but with more top end. I ran an EWG after I had a nasty boost creep back in the day, I think I hit like 25psi when it did. Since then I have frowned on any IWG setup. But if you are looking for big hp this turbo is not for you. I was fairly capped out on power as far as pump gas was concerned and then egt's became an issue after prolong use. Personally if you were to use this for Auto X or the occasional drag it would be perfect.
