BOTH SOLD!

Helping my friend sell off some odds and ends...

First up is a Canon 1.4X Extender. This is the original version, I believe there is a Mk. II and even a Mk. III out now. Comes with what is pictured, the box, paperwork, caps and part of the styrofoam box insert. As you can see, the unit is clean, looks to have been rarely (if ever) used, the mounting surfaces look brand new. Asking $100>SOLD.

Next is a Nikon SB-80DX flash. I only have the flash itself, no box or anything else. There are some light scuffs on the body from being carried in a camera bag, but no real scratches or dings. The diffuser and LCD panel are clean and unmarked. I did a lousy job of photographing it, but the battery compartment is also clean and like new. Asking $150>$125>SOLD.

I also have an old-school Canon 500mm reflex lens. I haven't had time to clean it, the foam insert in the case has deteriorated and left a mess on the outside of the lens, but if anyone is interested I can clean it up and show it.

interested..............how old is the flash? did some searches and a few sites says its been obsolete since 2004.

 

I'm glad someone is making use of it, it was just sitting in the closet. I would have bought it off my friend (along with the 70 - 200 f/2.8), but I couldn't see spending money on equipment that I might use once a year, if that.

I don't know if it's been discontinued since then but my friend says he bought it 5 - 6 years ago and literally used it 5 times. I still see LNIB ones going for $150+ on Ebay so I figured that there is still a market for them.
