the best way to do it so you don't break your back is to take it off your car and use some good ole fashion elbow grease...
You can buy a nice aluminum wheel polish (Mothers) and just take your time polishing as you chill watching tv...wear some rubber gloves as that wheel cleaner turns black on you as it eats through the oxidation...that stuff takes forever to get out of your pores...
It's worth it...enjoy man!
