Whomever is currently selling this car in Hawaii Kai might be shady.
IIRC there was a "post" on Craigslist alleging the current seller of trying to flip the car for a few grand cash without doing much to the car.
Not sure what that was about but let it be known, mr. Fraile951. Might want to be careful out there.

I'm looking for a new DD and with surgery around the corner it seemed perfect.... So i called the guy like a weekago on craigslist, answered but didn't seem to know alot about the car. If you are so "inlove" with a car, id assume that person would know the ins and outs of it.

It's been repainted with poor body work. It was nearly totaled in an accident at one point.
If you look closely you can see sanding marks in bondo below the paint almost all over the car.

They're quite rare here and even rarer for sale. I think the best way to get one is to keep tabs on current owners until someone sells theirs.

lol. I owned the blue 2.5 (bought from the OP here) for about a month. I was gonna swap it then decided that the body wasn't nice enough. I sold it for the amount$$$ that I had in it well over a year ago (I think right around 3k). I doubt it has gotten any nicer since then.

Yea, I think the new owner wants to trade for a Honda/corolla etc haha. I'm try to see if he wants to sell for a good low price. Yea I ain't to worry about the body. It would be the first thing I work on haha!

It's an automatic.
There is a mileage discrepancy because it's a Canadian car that had the cluster replaced.
It was in a significant accident and the resulting body work was substandard.
