damn, why are all these wrx's for sale after i already bought my turd...anyway, should have put this for sale 4/5 months ago...my offer would have been 7k...was really looking to spend like 6k but couldnt find any for sale on oahu.
anyway, you should list it for $8 or 9k on craigslist. im sure itll sell. spinplay has sold many wrx's for that price and yours looks comparable in price with the mods you listed.
