Coilovers will come with Stock 08 STI Tophats, which will make them plug and play with the H&R Setup. Trust me it will save you alot of time from installing the tophats to the Coilovers.

I rode in my friends car today and they feel awesome. Not harsh like Coilovers with full metal Tophats. Feels really smooth for Coilovers.

Reason he is selling them is because he is going with an aggressive wheel setup and he needs more camber for his setup. So, instead of buying aftermarket camber plates he rather buy a set of Coilovers that comes with aftermarket camber plates.
