Mr dave - any idea for interchangeability or fitment with 98' impreza 4dr carpets? (maybe a few seat bracket holes different but not much else?)

I've read somewhere that Forester guys have used WRX carpets but don't remember if anyone used one in their pre-02 chassis.

Wondering if you happened to know from any previous experiences.

It will fit fine. The only kind of mod you have to do is the cutout for the trunk release is about 1-2" further back, just need to move the release back to match it amd drill a hole to mount it. We did it in 4080wrx car and also Cory's rally car not too. Not hard at all

 

oh seriously??? i didn't know it had a WRX carpet hahaha. its so dirty, needs cleaning

dude, seriously... i've been finding new things about this car everytime i work on it. like - i didnt know this thing already had urethane shifter bushings. or what kind of actual shifter it was (gc or wrx, since they are very slightly different!!!) but the WRX short shifter went on fine, so i'm all good.
anything else i should know???
