I dont recognize the car, but I did the same thing to my car pretty much. Its also a silver 02 wrx wagon, and its all g now. The only sheitty thing is if the seatbelts dont work, to get them to retract cost like $600, and the airbags are ***in expensive. At least the fenders are still okay

 

Did you hit a stop sighn or any sighn because this driver sure did the car has a whole bunch of 4 by 4 stuck in the suspension

dmv can hook you up with the registered owner info. think its like $10

 

I don't think that's Palaban's old car. Seems like there are too many things put back on or brought back to stock for it to be his. (headlights, roof rack, interior components, etc.)
