Its a semi custom. The material is on this site

The material is very well made waterproof/ doesn't hold condensation/ durable but light.

Yes, it should fit over your wing. With mines the cover rose a litte on the back. The front and sides (incl mirror) fits very well. No sags when on the car like some universal covers.
