Be sure to note that to transfer the lifetime rebuild warranty on your 16G you the previous owner have to send it back to deadbolt and then deadbolts sends it to the new owner.

that is actually not confirmed. if you have the original Recipt of purchase for the turbo from the Deadbolt Certified dealer WHICH I DO, your warranty is still VALID and you have FREE REBUILDS FOR LIFE. last i checked that's FTW + infinity.
Ok time for an UPDATE!

more parts for sale:
MOMO Air light Aluminum/leather shift ****,

STOCK 02 WRX ECU,

COBB TUNING BILLET ALUMINUM - SPHERICAL BEARING 2002 WRX ENDLINKS with bushings,

KENWOOD Z828 Stereo

details:

the MOMO **** is used, has normal wear and scratches on it, but is a great **** and the leather is an exact match for the WRX MOMO steering wheels. 40 bucks takes it.

the ECU is exactly like the title states: a stock WRX ECU in perfect condition. 200 bucks.

the ENDLINKS are pretty much the best you can buy, in perfect condition, they cost 150 new, take em for 125.

the Kenwood stereo is a one hell of a stereo. it can support an i pod or screen or changer- dvd input.. the illumination perfectly matches the 2002-03 "green" illumination, and it has great sound output. it has normal wear and tear, and has a cut antenna wire, so with that in consideration, i'll let it go for 50 bucks.

more to come. and thanks for looking.

i WILL be at Friday's meet.. hopefully it's somewhere near Pearl City

i'll bring all of my parts then.

OH one more thing-
SOLD

PENDING........2005 WRX STi interior!!!.
SOLD

this interior is CHERRY. its coming out of my STi which is basically brand new. this includes the front two seats and rear seats.

i can do a swap on SUNDAY at my place @ pearl city, and that'll cost you 675.

see you guys friday

- Milo

Huh? From http://www.boostplanet.com/free_rebuilds.htm
If you were NOT the original owner of the turbocharger, the turbo would need to have been sent to our facility by the original owner in order to be recertified, checked, and updated (a $50.00 fee may apply) with new owner information. If you are considering purchasing, or have purchased, one of our products used from someone, make sure that this process is correctly followed, or we will not be able to extend the free rebuilds to you as a second owner. This recertification MUST be done BEFORE a new owner installs or uses the turbo or the free rebuilds plan is voided. If you have any questions about this portion of the policy please make sure to contact us.

Yeah I guess so. Please show me some evidence. I posted links straight to the statement I quoted from DB. I have never heard of your original receipt warranty. I am not trying to ruin your for sale thread, but I think you are misinformed.

ok. riddle me this: suppose i gave the original receipt of purchase to the new owner.

he has the full ability to claim warranty work, because he has the original documentation for the turbo. can they tell if he's a second owner? NO. if you wanted to waste nearly 100 shipping a turbo around to be inspected just to find out it's in perfect condition you could, i prefer handing over a few papers.

enough said.

I just verified this through DB so feel free to call them if you like. Yes you are correct are your statement above if you bought your turbo at walmart. With this being said your turbo is registered to you personally by serial number in DB's massive database.

Now think of it this way if I bought your turbo and decided to send it to DB (for warranty or rebuild) they are going to see that the return address is not only to me but in my name. Me being the new owner the turbo serial numbers would not match up to me but you. Hence no honored warranty.

Hope you see where I am coming from not trying to flame you but please contact DB if you have any further questions.

Free bump for you and GL on all sales

Oh and I would like to see your 16G out spool my 18G
