There is a title. The bank has it. If you sell the car without the title, that is stealing it from the bank and the person that buys the car without a title will be in possession of the banks property.

The guy bought the car like that this car had a bunch of parts off my old gc and the guy had to cut the front bumper to fit the fmic cause it was too tall I saw it posted before for like 24000

Tuning / Building on a car that YOU do not own is never a good idea...... Tons of guys on NASIOC buy new cars, do tons of crap to it, blow them up then try to get the warranty to cover it lol. "Gotta pay to play"
