08+ WRX TIEN Lowering Springs

When I moved here I didn't realize how strict safety was.
Anyways I put the stock struts and springs back on and now have these TIEN springs with stock struts laying around.
The springs only have about 5k miles the struts have about 30k miles.
Gives a good stance not to low. And a nice firm ride, not bouncy.

Well when I did safety they didn't even start it. They said your springs aren't stock you won't pass. And gave me the number to recon. I didn't have enough time to do recon so I went back to stock.
