Great news!

Thanks to the great support for the Motorsports Facility Tax Credit Bills, we're 3/4 of the way there! Although SB1734 was deferred by the House, both bills are alive and kicking. HB994 has been fully passed by the Senate, and is headed to the Finance committee for approval as well as SB1734.

"PASSED, WITH AMENDMENTS" What was changed or added?

 

From what I understand, mostly wording...to protect from certain loopholes. I'll find out the full changes though for you.

I've also updated the web page to include the current status and history of both bills. I've basically just taken the GetStatus info, and put it onto our page, so that it's easier to pull up and understand for anyone that wants to see how long the bills have been in the legislature, what the process has been like and how it's doing. You can see everything that the legislature has decided in regards to both bills.
