...if you see the motorcycle cops wearing a full on "winter" jacket at 4pm on H1 traffic today
for all of you mainland peeps, anything below 80 degrees in considered by most locals as "cold". the forecast tonight is 49 degress, a record brrrrreaking cold!

You guys are soft. I consider 49 degrees cool, but not unbearable. During the last front, it was 39 degrees outside my house in Hawaii. I decided to go on a road bike ride, it was cold during the downhill parts of the ride.

Hey Ed, damn, 39 in kula? did u guys get some snow yet in haleakala? must be nice....yeah, we are softies here...i am used to the 80-90+ here in the plains of Ewa so if it starts going down, people here are in thick sweaters and bust out their comforters.

No snow at my elevation, but higher up frost on the ground is pretty common.
BTW turbos love the cool, dense air. It's probably good for some hp/tq gains in the morning. My car loves the cold weather.

what makes it cooler is the wind...i can't stand it....if it wasn't too windy...maybe it's not as cool..i'd rather be cool than hot but this is cold for me.... notice? i said from cool to cold** ha ha!
